FACE TO FACE COUNSELLING SESSIONS IN HULL & EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE

These sessions are held in the comfort and privacy of privately run therapy rooms in Cottingham, Nr Hull.

HOME VISIT FACE TO FACE SESSIONS ALSO AVAILABLE

All sessions are for one full in-depth hour. Ten minutes towards the end of the session will be time for you reflect on the session and to discuss any issues you would like to talk though for the next session.

I suggest we meet for an initial session to see if counselling is the way forward for you. If you would like more counselling sessions after that time then we will arrange to meet for further sessions. The amount of sessions we have is up to you. We shall review counselling regularly, this will help you to clarify what issues we have explored, whether you feel you are working through them and what issues you would like to explore further. From here we can make further appointments if you wish.
